Homework: Print Reading Blogs for this week: Forever Yours, Trouble Center, One Comment (5 sentences) on another student's blog. Optional: Students could practice math facts by going to X-traMath.com or they could try some of the weblinks in the wiki for general math practice. OR silent read for 1/2 hour and record it on their Six Flags Reading Log Sheets.
Cat and the Rats
Today in Class: Students turned in their interpretation of Doug Wilhelm's Cat and the Rats Poster. Here is a small sample:
The anticipation was building as students were cautiously constructing their egg crates during Mod 1 today. During block time today we enjoyed the egg drop. It was a bit cold but everyone managed. Here is the video of the winning egg structure. I hope to get more movie egg clips up later today.
Mod 8: We wrote thank you letters to the B.E.D. for helping us with our egg drop.
